Takara Tomy’s new “Synergenex” lineup is a dream collaboration between “Transfomers,” “Zoids,” and “Diaclone”! Shield-D-Prime brings together the technologies of Takara Tomy’s legendary robot series as part of the T-SPARK brand. This amazing figure can transform from Shield Liger Mode, based on the “Zoids” Shield Liger, to Optimus Prime Mode, based on Optimus Prime from “Transformers.” The mouth of the Shield Liger head opens and closes due to motor driver, and it also has an LED cockpit lighting gimmick. You can also turn the switch on to display it with just the LED lighting. Both Shield Liger Mode and Optimus Prime Mode are fully posable with movable joints, so it can be displayed in a variety of action poses. When in Shield Liger mode, the shield generator on the head and the fins on the legs are movable, and the twin beam cannon on its back and the missile pods on the sides of the torso can be deployed. Diaclone member figures can board the cockpit on the head, and by attaching the included steel sheet, they can stand on the Shield-D-Prime body thanks to the magnets in their feet. The original design Bullet Core is included, so Diaclone members can be boarded, and it can also be attached to “Diaclone” series items sold separately. The included armed bike, Road Viper, can be ridden by Diaclone member figures, and can be stored in the waist of the Shield Liger mode; the waist parts can be pulled out to create a launch scene. In addition, the Bullet Core, the beam cannon on the back, and the tail parts can be reassembled into the Beam Cannon Jet support mecha! The included weapons can be attached to various parts of the main figure using 5mm-diameter joints. As an optional part, a dedicated adapter part that allows connection to the TF Power Base (sold separately) is included too; use it to create more dynamic poses!
