Can I return my figure if the box is damaged?

While we strive to deliver the best condition, we cannot accept returns due to minor flaws or minor package damage. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to damage to the Funko Pop Box / figure box. Figures are meant to be taken out of the box and displayed. Thank you for understanding.

Can I combine my order?

It is understandable for customers to ask us to hold in-stock items until their pre-orders are available and for us to send the entire order at once to save on shipping costs. We are unable to offer this as our pre-ordering system runs separately to our in-stock system.

Can I cancel my order?

When pre-ordering an item, you are asking Animix to special order an item for you. A number of these pre-order items are high-value products, in that case, if you cancel a pre-order after we have placed our order; we will be left with a stock item we would not necessarily have ordered.

  • We allow a 24 hour cancellation period on any pre-ordered item.

Pre-order Processing

Pre-Orders are products that have not been released yet, but we can order for you. When a pre-order releases, please allow 3-5 business days after release for order processing.

  • All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of you placing the order.
  • Images displayed for pre-orders may not be final art, and may be subject to change.
  • Sometimes pre-order items are late and do not meet the release dates we have posted on our website/social media channels. This is beyond our control and we will update our pages with the new release dates if/when we are supplied new dates from the item manufacturer or our distributor.

What happens if Manufacturer postpones/delays release?

If the Manufacters decide to delay the release of the product, you will be notified of the delay. Will will inform you on the next scheduled release. If you wish to cancel, 10% non-refundable deposit/service fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are prepared to wait, we thank you for your patience and strive to get your item as soon as we can once released. Please understand we have no control of what manufacturers decide.

Prices

  • All prices are considered to be set at the time an order is placed.
  • The site strives to provide only accurate information, however in the event of a pricing error the order will be altered to reflect the correct price.
  • In the event of manufacturer price change any affected orders will be altered to reflect the new price.

Release Dates

Here at Animix, we sell thousands of “Pre-Order” products with release dates in the future. Items would be in-stock and ready for shipment on their release date. However, manufacturers can (and often do) change these release dates due to production delays. If a product’s release date gets changed, we update the item’s product page with the new information as soon as we get it.

Warning

The manufacturer B’full are known to produce low quality figures, buyers who buy these figures take on all risk and responsibility. About 70% of the figures by this manufacturer break due to poor manufacturing. The materials, i.e. PMMA and PVC-L, the company use are brittle and figures may shatter during the transportation process. There is also a large possibility that the figures will warp and bend after displaying for a period. FOTS, Insight, Pulchra, Apricot Blossom, and Figure X are all owned by B’Full (parent company). If you do buy one of their figures I cannot offer a refund if it breaks upon arrival. It also has a shelf life of less than 6 months when displayed, I won’t accept returns.

Banpresto is buyers risk brand too. Common for a prize figure to have broken parts upon transit or shipment because of cheap packaging they do specially with Banpresto Prize figures. Common things that break are feet and hands, as well as smaller peices that accompany the figure. The stands that allow for the figures to have flying effect are also fragile. If broken while assembling no replacement can be given. If you do buy one of their figures I cannot offer a refund if it breaks upon arrival.

  • Please be aware that the risk of this figure arriving broken is high and you will have to fix it yourself. We cannot offer any refunds or other compensation for any damages.
  • We will NOT check any figures from this manufacturer for damages or condition.
  • It is NOT possible to request photos of items by this manufacturer.

Payments

Payments are processed through PayFast and we are able to accept EFT, Credit/Debit cards and Mobicred.

Shipping times

We use Aramex to ship our items, as such the shipping times varies. Generally takes 3-8 weeks to arrive. If there are any delays you will be notified. We thank you for your patience
