This now-iconic sculpture was originally the centerpiece of a sculptural group called “The Gates of Hell,” but the silent, pondering figure has left his companions behind, and has gone on to become a work of art that almost everyone recognizes on his own. He’s of course loaded with the famous “figma” articulation, making him highly posable; aside from his classic “Thinker” pose, he can get into just about any other pose you can think of!
