Although other Governors such as the Parapawn were developed more for life-protection functions, the Monoceros has a more aggressive purpose. It is assumed the soldier using the Monoceros has undergone Hakuho Riken’s human body-strengthening regimen, and combining these soldiers with the power of the Monoceros results in an incredibly strong fighting unit.
