It’s based on scans of Timothy Chalamet for a highly realistic reproduction of the character; his protective gear parts have been spray-painted to replicate their metallic texture. Advanced manufacturing processes and methods are used to duplicate the woven texture of the various clothing and straps; decals are included for his eyes and eyebrows so painting is not necessary.
