Konami’s popular stealth action game series “Metal Gear” has sold over 60 million copies worldwide, and Kotobukiya’s outstanding 1/100-scale model kit of the nuclear-equipped bipedal tank Metal Gear REX from “Metal Gear Solid” is back! This highly detailed kit was produced with the supervision of Yoji Shinkawa, the designer of this mech! A painting guide is included for the model’s distinctive camouflage pattern, which is based on that of the full-scratch-build model produced by Mr. Shinkawa for the game’s development. Unpainted in-scale figures of Solid Snack, two figures of Cyborg Ninja, and Liquid Snake are included. The base is made to resemble the hangar as seen in the game, too.
